We put a lot of thought into making the Ripley a truly customizable device. It starts with the King Size Onyx Atomizer, which is a much larger version of the standard Onyx Atomizer. It uses the same proprietary azul ceramic, which means that a small amount of concentrate will produce just as satisfactory of a hit as loading in a large glob. When it’s just you enjoying the Ripley, you can use minimal product for maximum results. It makes your dab go a long way!
We also realized that dab rigs aren’t usually “passable” devices, meaning you can get 1-2 really good hits from the banger until it needs to be loaded again. When you load up the Ripley for a crowd, you can load the blue dish up with extract (without flooding it), fire it up, and know that you’ll be able to pass the hose around the circle for your entire session duration without having to reload it!
There are a lot of simple, thoughtful elements to this device. The most important being the Quick Connection hookah hose. The arm port slides in and out easily so you can wipe it down right after your session. Under the port is a small steel ball bearing that works to control the airway. Wipe this piece down too and use a micro swab to clean inside the connection. A little maintenance a little more often goes a long way!
The carb cap on this piece is unique. A glass lid with a rubber stopper sits on top of the atomizer. It’s easy to lift and quickly creates a tight seal. Swivel the little glass ball on the top to whip the air in the atomizer around, making sure nothing gets left behind. The cap is tethered to the rest of the lid, making one less small piece to keep track of.
