Returns

We gladly accept eligible returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. 
• Condition: All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@snowtreeworldwide.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Store Credit Only: All approved returns will be issued as SnowTree store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
• Store Credit Issuance: Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible store credit will be issued for the approved return amount.

Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any applicable fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit.
