If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage and we will assist you with a replacement!
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
It's recommended to fully clean your glassware at least once a week to maintain optimal performance and hygiene! That being said we recommend changing the water before each sesh to ensure you're not inhaling through stagnant moldy water.
